These Terms of Service describe the basic terms for using NxtPour while the product is in private development.
Private Development
NxtPour is currently in private development and is not publicly available. Joining the early-access list does not guarantee access, pricing, availability, or any specific features.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use NxtPour and its communications lawfully and not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content that you do not have the right to use.
Product Changes
NxtPour is still being developed. Features, pricing, availability, and product behavior may change before public launch.
Demo and Test Content
Any demo menus, sample locations, or example content shown on NxtPour are for demonstration purposes only unless clearly stated otherwise.
No Warranty
NxtPour is provided during private development without warranties of any kind. The product may contain bugs, incomplete features, or temporary limitations.
